LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born on December 30, 1984) was an American professional basketball player who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James has been widely considered to be among the most notable players in basketball. Michael Jordan is usually considered when discussing who is the best player. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs as well as three MVPs of the All-Star team as well as the two Olympic medals. James has the world record of having the top amount of points scored during the postseason, second highest total career point total and seventh highest number of career assists. The NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, a record. James was also named for The NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. He has competed in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between 2011 and 2018. James was selected to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He became the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebound and assists in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his hometown in Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a future NBA star. In 2003, it was the time that Cleveland Cavaliers took him first in the NBA draft as a prep-topro. He was voted as the NBA most promising rookie in the 2004. Soon he became one of the top players of the NBA as he won an NBA MVP Award both as of 2009 and in 2010. James failed to win a title with Cleveland and left the city in 2010 as an "free agent" in 2010. The decision was announced during the television special The Decision.
